As of 9/15/16 we have the following report from a visitor to the area:

Owner aggressively enforcing no trespassing, however the manlius police told me he can not bring them license plate numbers and expect them to issue tickets/summons that way.
He wants them to, but, as of now, they won't.

They are towing cars! They are calling the police, and the manlius police told me if they catch you on the property, they WILL arrest you.

I DID see the "posted" signs, but the signs said "no hunting, fishing, trapping". ...I'm so used to land owners still allowing HIKERS to pass through, I assumed it would be ok.

It wasn't.

The issue of access is in the courts.

You may want to warn others.
