Randall creek falls is the name that comes up from my search of this area. I wouldn't call this falls small. The main falls at bottom of gulf is around 100 feet tall on private property. I didn't venture right up to falls when I went there because there was still a lot of snow in the backyard. But I should have!
A friend of mine told me the owners had the bottom of creek was blasted to create a lower basin so water didn't flow in owner's backyard.
