I stopped here on part of my Northern trip today. It was a little chillier up there than Syracuse was. This dam is just east of the center of Adams NY. It looks like a natural falls on the front side of dam?

Yes it is! From Redfield NY up to Kellogg hill road (Talcott falls) there 1 to 2 feet of snow pack on grounds. The roads a bare! Tull hill area has up 7 feet tall banks on the side of roads too!
