Welcome to the board! Those photos are great.
Here are the compliments:
The composistion is excellent. I love how you fill the foreground with a small, close cascade... and that the top of tha falls is off-center (something I prefer) and that the water zig-zags down the frame. Excellent.
For criticisms, not that much really. The white balance seems to be a bit off and maybe a longer shutter speed would make the water look a little softer, but those are minor preferential things.
All in all, great shots.
