Queen Catherine's Falls? Near Montour? Anybody here?

We were at Watkins Glen and a local guy told us we should visit Queen Catherine's falls and hike to the top. When we got back to the hotel to search for it, we couldn't find it. Does this waterfall go by a different name, and how difficult is the hike to the top?
