David, all very nice. I like hte perspective and color including the flower buds.

This guy was hanging out in my yard this afternoon:

Grape Leaf Skeletonizer Moth
The caterpillars eat grape leaves, but not the veins, thus the name. The scary underside of a garden spider

Matt, those are two more nice ones. Love the detail in the moth photo.

After a very rainy weekend, I took a walk through a nearby park. There were surprisingly few things to photograph, I guess that's just the nature of a city park.

Here is a very cooperative dragonfly -- I couldn't fit it into the frame with my entire extension tube rig, and he sat still while I modified my lens setup to remove the tubes. I'm including a closeup of the head from one of the photos with the tubes.





Here is a butterfly -- again very cooperative while I rearranged my lens setup.



And just so this challenge is more complete, here is a fly. A Thai fly.
