Hi, I was wondering if anyone has any information on how to get proper permission to enter ther grounds of grossingers resort in order to photograph the area with risk of arrest. Any info provided is a great help, thank you.

Call the county clerk over there. They should be able to give you the contact info for that property (if they aren't).
