Seen in a building constructed in the late 60's.

Not sure if the building designer considered what would happen to the equipment - and more so the people - in the fallout shelter when the water flowing through the pictured valve stopped because the municipal system providing that water collapsed...

Toasted cheese w/ grape jelly! Or use your own favorite jelly instead. A French-Canadian custom from my Grand parents.

That's an unusual one, Marty! I would try this with my favorite jam which is cherry jalepeno. What cheese do you use? Also, are you putting the jam on the outside of the sandwich?
