Not going to gamble on the various Indian street buffets. Also all the food in the trashy gift shop building looks to be bottom of the barrel.

Am I missing anything not too out of the way?

There used to be a really good hole in the wall Mexican restaurant/bar on 104. The name escapes me and I'm not sure if it's still there. I'll re-post if it comes to me.
