That's kind of what I was thinking as well Chris, but am not sure if the colors would change postmortem or not so I didn't speculate. However, yes saw whets have almost bright yellow leg/feet.

I actually flipped it over with a stick. After doing so I found out that the specimen was without a head... and therefore dead. :skull: :zombie2:

Went today and saw 1-saw whet, 5 short ears, and 3-long ears.
