I can kind of get it if someone isn't all that versed in mechanics and cars (although I'm pretty sure most states talk about this in their driving coursework in order to get a license) but I'm going to give credit to the idiot on this one, having talk to someone recently who didn't know that tired should be moved around the vehicle, not because that person is an idiot, but because that person just doesn't know car maintenance . It's a bad name for the procedure. It should be called something like "Tire alternation" or less obvious than rotation. It's like calling the act of digestion "Food Eating."

So do you think this person is not that mechanically challenged or not that mechanically inclined? I suspect the latter, or possibly for this person saying the "ladder" might be more appropriate.

I guess a more inclined brain would google something prior to making a public rant on something like that.
