Used to come here in college, and never had a problem, but went there for a quick lunch on Sunday and the service was horrible (the waiter was too busy texting and forgot two items we ordered; host was not attentive), food bland, dining area was loud and filled with obnoxious people.
My pita was ok... not as good as i remember it. My guest did not like his wrap at all... very heavy on lettuce and no substance. The whole experience took forever and we couldn't wait to get out of there.

Don't want to return.

Ate there again because it was the best option for me in that area. I went to the new location at RIT last month and had a good impression.
This want has just gone down hill.
Long waits for service, toxic-tasting falafel, cramped seating in a sticky atmosphere.

I really need to stop going to this location.
