I may have to implement lightroom at home. I need to be less dependent on PS for processing all my raws... it takes too much time and I'm too tempted to make spot adjustments. The big benefit for me would be organization. Right now I am BARELY organized. Though if I use lightroom, I still have to tag all my photos/sets, which I'm not sure I can do.
