What you describe is similar to a dropship service.
I use Exposuremanger as my storefront. I pay a monthly fee and can upload photos, then people can pick from those, shop and pay under their own login.

What am I missing...why I cant print a photo over a 5 x 7 photo from them?

i only do 11x14 there.... maybe the paper type?

Nope, I tried selecting all the different choices and still 5 x 7 is the max that I can choose.

I checked.... if the resolution does not allow for enlargements of a certain size, they will not show that size.
Also when ordering, in step 7: Prints Size and Quantity, choose advanced order and next to get a full grid of all the photos by size. The button in the upper left lets you add new sizes to that grid.
