Thank you for the welcome Matt. I am from the Syracuse area and stumbled upon your site from an email link I got from a friend. Very cool site indeed! I am fascinated by waterfalls, streams and out of the way hikes. Although I don't get to the ADK alot, I love to read about the area. I have an older Sony Cybershot camera that takes good snap shots and I hope to gather a few to share.

Yes, welcome! I have yet to see the ADKs first hand, though I want to go backpacking with my brother as he and some friends did last summer. Can't wait to see some of your shots. :)
