Made it to Sylvan Falls the other day, at first glance it didn't look like there was going to be much there, but it turned out to be a decent waterfall after all and definately a fast moving one!
The bridge that goes into a hunting club at the top of the falls. The water on the other side appears so calm.
It starts out small
And then starts to drop
There is a huge boulder in the middle that it splits around about halfway down. The sun and the mist it was throwing made it tough to get a decent shot
Very easy to get to, take RT 72 out of Hopkinton and turn onto the Beede Rd, from there take the Santamont Rd to the Sylvan Falls Rd. You can see the falls through the trees just before you get to the parking spot by the bridge. From there its just a matter of skidding down the hill to the bottom and following along the riverbank.
