The only store-bought cookies i enjoy is shortbread... yep... I'm like an old scottish man.

OK I have a great recipe for you, not too bad, but not good for you either!!
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
mix spoon out by the teaspoon full and bake at 350 for about 18-20 minutes.
Now our new addition to these cookies, those real little reese's PB cups, the new mini ones! YUM!!!!! I'll make some soon and post. They're so bad, because you can easily eat the whole batch in one sitting!
