Now that all of my cats are indoor cats, having the feeders and suet right outside my office window has been a huge distraction this winter! Of course, if I have to make a choice of doing paperwork or watching birds there's little question where I'm leaning! I do love the wrens. I've not had any around so far this winter. As often as I've seen and heard the pileated woodpeckers around the property I've never been lucky enough to catch one at the feeders.

I shot this picture after a delivery. I believe it's a Great Blue Heron! Don't know for sure?

I am strong, because I've been weak.
I am fearless, because I've been afraid.
I am wise, because I've been foolish.

Way cool! I should start doing that with my winter birds again. It's just tough to stand still for extended periods when it's freezing outside!

I found an Osprey nest within a 1/2 mile of me. Yesterday morning I got a few shots of the two of them in nest.

Will try to photograph them flying to or from nest.

That's very cool! If I had one near me I would get nothing else accomplished.
