Ok,Jim thank You for telling me about the site I really like it.I have seen alot of useful info here.I'm doing Wakley Mtn. Saturday can't wait to see the changes that have been done there.Do you know where I may find out if the tower and cabin will be open.

Charles the tower is always open as for the cabin it's hard to say. My best guess would be it’s open I don’t recall a padlock on the door but a hasp was their. Watch your head when going up the tower they have angle iron forehead high for people our height. I'm running a firetower section here firetowers feel free to add your pictures and comments to it.
