Definetly in the wild, down in the Catskill Mountains area near the Rondout Reservoir. I spent a few days there for work.

They gave me a written warning that meant nothing. I was in the process of shooting the sunset across the reservoir. I quess since 911 they have had stepped up security. The cops were only about 20yrs old but very polite and professional. Whats funny is when I took the pic of the sign it was about 4pm and I was passing by heading to my hotel and stopped and seen the birds. I came back about 8pm and setup for the sunset up on a hill overlooking the reservoir. I was no where near the dam or the water. They saw my truck and came looking for me, they said they saw me earlier taking pics. I guess they are just doing their job.

With birds, I always use the 'cheep' lens and 'crop' tight. :P
