Traveled down to Conesus lake to check out the pike run and look for the blue heron rookery. The pike had pretty much run through except for a few stragglers still making an attempt to get over the wall. The walleye are now beginning to form there, they probably will make their run this week sometime. I did see the bald eagle from a distance but the heron rookery was a ways off. Here are some shots.

I like those fish shots. I wouldn't even try capturing action in water like that.

Thanks, I wish I didn't have the camera on evaluative. It probably would have lightened up the eagle a bit. Its tough when you quickly have to shoot before he is long gone.
