Yesterday I had a BBQ Gardenburger BBQ riblet sandwich. I love those things. All the taste of a Mcrib, sans all the bad stuff.
Tonight... I'll probably make some type of Indian food.

Are they a mixture of mushrooms and cheese Kelly? They sound fabulous. I can't buy them out here, but I could make them! I love Portobellos. I make Portobello Wellington every now and then for special dinners (roasted and stuffed with spinach and wild rice and wrapped in puff pastry).

Yes....the filling is a mixture of the mushrooms and cheese and I suppose lots of spices....but very heavy on the mushroom flavor. Must be extremely minced mushrooms because the pieces are not really discernable - but by the color and flavor - you can tell they are there in abundance.

Is it that your nearest Wegmans doesn't have them or there isn't a Wegmans around them parts? ;)

Now I'm noticing that the bag spells it PORTABELLO and I had looked it up online last night and determined that it should be spelled PORTOBELLO. Hmmmm.
