Thanks, Joel. No HDR on these ones. I just happen to be there as rain clouds covered the valley and toned down the range of the scene, but the park was on the edge of the storm, so the sky in the distance is still blue. Shot overexposed by a stop, and white balance of 5400.
I moldeled the settings from my favorite waterfall pic of the bright fall Ithaca Falls scene. I kind of liked how a cooler WB and high key oranges came out... a bit more pastel than typical fall scenes, so I went for it.
