After finding Fitches bridge I googled and found there was a second one Hamden bridge I had to go there also

Very nice! So glad this one did not suffer the same destruction others in the Northeast did.

These bridges are lucky.. many of the fields had been flooded and at one of the small towns the volunteer fireman were standing in the road passing the boot and holding a chicken bbq to raise money to aid the flood relief. The crops were all brownish from the mud residue where the fields had flooded the worst

This area is pretty lucky in that regard -- the three in Delaware County (Fitch's, Hamden and Downsville) -- have seemed to fair decently well even though all are in areas that can and do flood. I always cross my fingers that they survive.
