I did a bit of travelling in October...up to Ottawa and area and to New Jersey...so I was busy shooting the fall leaves/colour out of state.

I thought you did a marvelous job in making the water in Pink Lake look blue-green like a normal lake. I'm simply not that talented when it comes to adjusting things in photos like that.

I have to keep explaining that Pink Lake is named after an Irish family that settled the area in the early 1800s.
It's actually a very special lake - it's a meromictic lake and the surface of the waters are a deep green due to the abundance of algae in the water. It's a very beautiful colour really.
