The instructions are in the video. take out your tripod, make the video full-screen... follow the instructions for the camera setting.... shoot... see what you get.

TV?
No. Not how I did it. Just on the computer, and for me it was easier to do without making the video full screen. My biggest obstacle was the reflection of shit behind me on my shiny screen.
