I realy like a dish called "Slippery Chicken" and there's only one place around here that makes it. Kinda like Hunan chicken, but different. Comes in regular, hot or really hot, but I'm lame and get the regular. Has a brown sauce, mushrooms, baby corn, broccoli, peppers, and you dump the whole thing over rice or crunchy noodle or both. yum

I changed my favorite dish (in the USA) to Sa Cha Chicken... which is a non-breaded stir-fry with a barbecue/buttery-like sauce and chinese broccoli. I get it at Chopsticks in Henrietta.
