Hi all,
I've been to this site several times to see where different waterfalls are that I might have missed. I live in Auburn and try to get to as many waterfalls as I can, in every season. I was interested in submitting some entries for the January Winter Waterfall contest, but wasn't sure how to do this. Do I just attach a picture to a message like this? Thanks, larry

Lets see if this works now. This is Taughannock Falls, taken last January; it is HDR with a lot of contrast.

We went to Kaaterskill & Platte Clove a couple weeks apart in December. The first time everything was just a bit icy & frosty, the second, everything was covered in snow & ice and you could hardly tell there was water flowing under there.

So, here's a shot of each from the first trip.

Thanks. It's a little "hot" in the upper left, not much to be done about it with the sun the way it was, except maybe HDR and I didn't like how it turned out, so there you go.

I kinda like that hot spot like that -- it visually accents the fact that you're waaaay down in the gully.

found another one. This time I was standing near the crest of Upper Falls in Letchworth SP and shooting into the Gorge.
It's not a real waterfall shot, but somehow I like the mood in it.
