What are the laws regarding jetskiing up the whirlpool rapids and to the base of the falls? This guy get a special permit or something? Did he get arrested afterwards or fined and how did you get these close photos? Thanks

I'm not sure of the laws. i have seen it happen several times. Boating is probably not prohibited in the lower rapids as fishermen go in there all the time.
I used a zoom lens. 600mm
