Postby Matt » Wed Feb 11, 2009 2:44 pm

I figured we needed a space to post about artists we find on the net.

Here's a very talented one I came across:

Does anyone know any artists that specialize in kid's illustrations? I'm interested in possibly hiring someone to create a mascot or two for a kid's project I'm working on.

Those are fantastic drawings, such detail and realism...a real talent for sure.
To become truly immortal, a work of art must escape all human limits: logic and common sense will only interfere. But once these barriers are broken, it will enter the realms of childhood visions and dreams.

Amazing!!! I think they may be actually better than what we're seeing on the screen. It looks like they were scanned in at a little bit too low of a resolution.

Wow great talent. I have a friend that has talent like that but he has some kind of deal (in his head) that does not allow him to show his work to others. He once let me see a pad of his pencil work and a few paintings. I was floored.

I graduated school with this guy....he was always into comic drawings back then, but it sure appears he has evolved. He also was commisioned by the Pittsford Animal Hospital, and created the metal sculpture that is on display at their location.
