Help!@#$ I'm stuck!!!! I've followed the instructions about setting up a Flickr account, then uploaded a few photos. Now I'm trying to get the photos to a NYFalls post.

I see my photo, and I clicked on Medium size (over to the right, not above the photo...does that matter?) But for the life of me, I can't find the URL to grab anywhere!!!! Any help would be appreciated!

A+ for coming back and asking for help......and I know we have Flickr users here so they may be able to get you going. I've never used it so I can't tell you where the URL is.

Unless a Flickr person comes along soon, all I can do is offer another site that I use. It's http://www.imageshack.us. Once your image is uploaded, you'll see lots of urls there. You want the "direct link". Sorry to send you on a wild goose chase....but somehow, we'll get you up and running!! Keep at it!

I use Flickr and I have never seen the sizes on the right hand side.
Click on your picture then above the picture is an "all sizes" tab. Click on that and it opens up a larger version of the pic. Then above that are the different size options. Click on medium, this opens the picture in medium scale. Scroll down the page a little and you have 2 choices to link the picture. You want the second option #2. Highlight and copy that link. Then paste that link into your message here, highlight it and click on Img above the message block.
Hope this helps

Thanks, Kelly and Bill, for coming to my aid so quickly! I'm going to try following what you said, Bill, and if that doesn't work, I'll try the imageshack and see if that is any easier for me! I'm a teacher, Kelly, so I do appreciate the A+ grade for effort!!!! If no one ever hears from me again, I'm still stuck in Flickrland!

Your directions were really clear, Bill! I just never clicked on the picture to get to the larger size where I could SEE the All Sizes button on top.
Problem solved...thanks!!!! I'm assuming that if I copy and paste the URL in a list they will just all show up. Practice makes perfect so I'm going to try some more.
