All nice shots Josh.
It may take a while to go through all the shots I've taken in the past year to decide on mine. Unfortunately, I haven't set up a very good filing system. It's something I've started but haven't gotten very far with. :frustrated:

Thanks Bill :)

I think my top favorite and (I know some of the group will laugh about this because they know my love for my babies) ... Is my little guy Angelo and that little look on his face. I cannot believe I caught him doing that ... The newest one measures right up there with Angelo ... The Snowy Creek one.

Great shots from both of you, and I agree that they were some of my favorites.

Thank you Brenda...2008 was my first year with a digital and I've managed to take over 25,000 shots. I have many favorites but these are some of the ones that stand out to me, at least for today.

Holy cow...I think I have almost identical shots of the heron. I can tell due to the piece of downed tree. Was it in Durand?

Yes Chris, that was at Durand.

Probably is the same bird. They are usually very skiddish but, this one out lasted me. I must have been taking pictures of him for 10 minutes. I even tried to scare him to catch a picture in flight but, he wouldn't budge. I finally gave up and left.
