Heres a few taken at a local park, and one from niagara falls... although I think that one is disqualified because it was on the canadian side of the falls :)

This month is going to be a tough one, eh Matt? Cayugafalls, that's how I'm accustomed to seeing Taughannock Falls in the winter. Great shot, and welcome! That's also an interesting perspective of the bridge--not one that I usually see. It took me a few minutes to figure out where you were standing.

You know Brenda ... They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder right?

Yeah ... They do look like little candy apples.

I was feeling a little creative today and did not want to visit the bitter cold for the pain factor it could have today, So here is half of what I came up with. I will add the rest after I get out of work.

The more I think about it I took the hard way around on this one, and now I have died my hands with food coloring. I could have just used the real deal or coolaid ... lol. They made me want a nice frozen treat too, but I was trying to awaken the creative soul in me. :D

you should stack them somehow and light them from the back with a flashlight.... then shoot them as to blur the background (portrait mode) That may come out pretty nice.

I can never manage to make up a batch of hummingbird nectar without turning my hands red! What's with that? :) They would look cool backlit.
