Just got back from a trip to New York City...my first real visit there ...so I wanted to be a true tourist and see it all!
Of course, all means a couple of thousand photos! And now I have to sift through them all and spend more time editing them... than I actually spent in NYC. ;)

Here are a few of my favourites so far...from The Top of the Rock... Rockefeller Center:

Neat views! Maybe I'm alone in thinking this way...... But it cracks me up every time I see people taking photos with an iPad. I started a gallery, while on vacation, of the iPad photographers I saw. Yours are great!

I am wise, because I've been foolish.

iPads take lousy photos! At least mine does...and not only that...they are the most awkward "camera" to use ever! ...hard to hold, frame, click...just plain dumb! It's totally weird to use them for photography.

But...taking pictures of people using these stupid cameras is totally cool! ;)

P.S. ...so WHERE are your photos from your vacation...did I miss them? I've been anxious to see them...I know they will be wonderful.

Thanks Matt(s), Kelly, Yvonne, backpacker...

New York really is a city for photographers...
and it seems that everyone there is taking pictures...cell phone cameras being most prevalent.
There is something to take pictures of ...everywhere you look.
