He's got some interesting "ideas" but this is just the rantings of some one still in denial about global climate change.

...also people that know a lick of science know that scientist don't "prove" anything... they hypothesize and suport claims, but they never prove, especially when it comes to non-controlled data... like the climates around the world. They just have evidence that support claims.... as of late, the evidence is overwhelming that we are causing it. This guy has a web page with this junk, because no peer -reviewed publication would allow it to print. It's all just the daydream of some uneducated fool. The fact he doesn't even address water currents just shows he has no idea of what makes climate on this planet.

Yeah, it would be nice to have a completely tropical world with waterfalls and reclaimed land in the north and south, but we would also lose most of the biodiversity in the world. No tropical reefs, no tundra. Polar Bears, arctic seals die off, most ot the plants and inamals in our temperate zones will be overun by agressive invasive species. It's a freakin nightmare... not something to look forward to because we can finally build vacation homes in greanland.

woops, I actually meant to post this site with the maps http://www.johnstonsarchive.net/spaceart/cylmaps.html

however, the entire global warming argument is flawed for the following reasons

1. you cannot say we are CAUSING it because that would imply a cause and effect relationship, which you can only determine when extraneous variables are eliminated and they haven't been

2. melting ice caps cause shifts in warm water flow and the currents of all the oceans, which will lead to more glaciers and ice caps

and most importantly...

3. all scientists make their arguments public to create public outcry for government officials to react to and thus giving the scientists grants and funding and more money (which do you think the public reacts to more, the idea that global warming is NOT occurring or IS occurring, thus, that's the one that you hear more evidence in the media about)

well... we don't know what's going to happen, that's the problem. I feel we are a huge cause of the problem... it's pretty obvious we are... just like algae and bacteria caused climate change in prehistory...
The evidence that we are is overwhelming. Even so much, the one administration that has denied global warming for years even admits it's a problem, caused by overconsumption.

the problem is that a lof species are going to die off before we have a grasp of what really is going to happen. Even if the currents rebound, the real issue is that millions of species dependent on the currents the way they are will die.
