That's awful, Matt!

However, when you're ready, there are some of us who will welcome you with open arms into the mac family. My husband made the switch two years ago and has never regretted it.

Just curious....do Macs still have that little bomb icon when there's an error.....or am I just showing my age?

No, because they don't crash anymore. :)

This will be my last Windows computer.

I just saw this over the weekend. (I love these ads.) :)

Windows 7 is fast and has an improved interface. If it wouldn't have crashed upon install and erased all my photos I would recommend it. Still...
it's really what Vista should have been (clean and stable like XP)... so it's kind of like getting the upgrade we should have had years ago.
I have a feeling... that within a few months... and the brainwashing advertisements telling us all that Windows 7 is amazing wears off, the major problems will shine through and we'll all go back to hating windows again.

I finally figured out how to sort items by "date modified".

And is it just me, or was that latest update a huge pain in the :crack: ?

I haven't updated in months. Too much of a hassle.

I am loving OS Lion. I have windows 7 installed on my macbook and running under emulation, but I will not miss it when i can finally give it up. Mac and OSX for me from now on. It's that good.
