Mine is Lemon Chicken... specifically the Wegmans kind. Love it. Can't get enough. It's like candy-coated chicken.

My old standby has pretty much been sesame chicken - and although lemon chicken is good too, I prefer some heat......but after a month of no meat - I'm thinking I'm going to stick with vegetarian eating for a while. Guess I'll have to start exploring all the veggie dishes the Chinese have to offer.

Really I like any Chinese that is HOT and Spicy :yum: :evilwhoohoo:

You should put fortune cookies on the list. ;)

I'm not a big fan of Chinese - or any Asian food for that matter. When my husband's family orders Chinese, I'll eat the sweet 'n' sour chicken (without the sauce).

Deep fried tofu with broccoli in spicy garlic sauce. For me it's the bellweather of veggie chinese food. The one meat dish I miss since I went veg is sesame chicken.

I think I would have to go with the very traditional Congee....mainly because it's such a comfort food! Although, admittedly an acquired taste.
