This one is perfect. You wouldn't want to be zoomed in any more or you'd miss out on capturing all that great rain soaked web action. Most importantly the subject is tack sharp.

Kelly i like your use of bug color to work with background color a lot. So many here are just beautiful!!!

Thanks Joel...I think my lens worked ok for the spider shot too...but you know what it's like...lens envy...when I see what those extra hundreds of mms can do. ;) ...at least for some situations.

I think my lens was good enough for the ones I took outside my door today too...

Bees are reported to be declining in the world...but you wouldn't know it by my backyard. Here's one on some Gooseneck Loosestrife :
