Boy we are lucky in New York State. We have lots of waterfalls.
Went to Virginia/Maryland over thanksgiving. There are few waterfalls worth seeing. So i didn't expect much when i hiked down to Kilgore. But what a great composition. Nice 25-30 foot waterfalls with a split double landing and huge huge massive rock to the right. Notice the guy crouching. Sometimes you get to a beautiful waterfall and it is straight on, and so you go right/left, high/low. Not this one. This one spot spoke to me.

Thanks,
So one website said it is only 17' tall. No way, taller. BUT the funniest part? This is the second tallest waterfall in Maryland.
We are sooooo lucky here!
