I'm wondering if anyone else is doing one of these?

I heard about it a few months ago and decided to start Jan. 1. It's been a fun challenge so far and I look forward to see how different I can make each day's photo be for the next year. I figure if I can complete this challenge, it should be quite a cool thing to look back on.

I know some people stick to a certain thing -- like self portraits etc. -- but I've decided to basically make it a photo of something in my life, or my out-and-about day to fill the days. I figure the one photo a day is a good way to challenge me to look at things as a photo again, rather than go weeks without touching any of my camera.

What's been fun so far is mixing it all -- using my main gear; my point-and-shoot; and even my camera phone. It's a cool way to look at things, I think anyway.

So, wondering if anyone else is doing this and if so, where are you putting them up for people to see?

It's just as much about discipline as it is photography, right? I don't know that I can do it either.....but I have learned an awful lot about what it means to be disciplined over the past year. I think I can. I think I can. I think I can.
