Looks like this era is coming back! Awesome! I will be there for it, for sure!
NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario — Daredevil Nik Wallenda has been given the go-ahead to walk a tightrope across Niagara Falls.

The Canadian Parks Commission unanimously approved Wallenda's request during a meeting with him Wednesday morning in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Wallenda wants to install a rope between the American and Canadian parkland at the Falls and walk from one country to the other.

He's gotten approval from New York officials, but the Canadian parks officials had refused to allow it before reversing course and approving the stunt.

Wallenda is a seventh-generation member of the famed Flying Wallendas.

If it weren't during the week I would totally be there. I'm thinking you would need to get there fairly early as the crowd will be huge I imagine.

I am strong, because I've been weak.
I am fearless, because I've been afraid.
I am wise, because I've been foolish.

 really wish I could go. I could head up after work but have the feeling I would be too late to get a spot.
