It looks like the center of the gorge trail may have been washed out, as it was closed between bridges 4 and 5 this weekend. You could still work your way in from either side, though.

Due to time, we wound up going straight for the Upper Falls and back out.

On the North Rim Trail, we passed this pulley and some repairs in progress on the gorge trail below.

Hey cool, nice to see some work on this. I'm torn of course, since the trail has been out no one goes here, it's such a nice hidden gem now...on the other hand its the nicest falls there, so everyone should be able to take a gander!

Great Pics!
Fillmore has been a favorite trek of mine in recent years. A very nice peaceful park with a moderate hike, enough falls for a day's worth of careful photography, and (at least when I go) not very many people.

From the looks of things on the state's website and Facebook, the Gorge Trail is still closed at Bridge 4? Last year it was worded "between Bridges 4 and 5." Has anyone been out there recently?
